The Mountains.

Venezuela has the North East extreme of he Andean Mountain Range with several peaks over 4000 mts . In Mérida the Bolivar Peak stands as the highest of the country with 5002 mts, Humboldt Peak 4952 mts, and Bompland Peak 4880 mts. Also in Merida,  the largest and highest Ropeway of the world is found.

 
Beaches, islands and Shores

4.006 km. of shore and white sand beaches make Venezuela a unique Touristic Stop. All the north of the country holds the warm Caribbean Sea with 1.700 km. Soft sand beaches with sun and warmer crystalline waters the whole year define the landscape of the shore of Venezuela,. The best beaches of Venezuela are: la Isla de Margarita, Mochima, Morrocoy, Los Roques, Península de Paria, Playa Medina, Chononí, Laguna de Tacarigua, Dependencias Federales, Médanos de Coro y Turuépano.

Jungle.

The main attraction of Venezuela is found at the South. La Gran Sabana, with plenty of rapid rivers waterfall and adventures. The Angel waterfall with 979 mts height is the highest waterfall in the world. Several "Tepuy", which means mountain in aborigins dialect, are table shaped mountains with 2000 to 3000 million years old.

In the Caraima National Park, where the Tepuy Mountains are found it is also found more than six thousand species of plants - some unique- and around 500 varieties of orquids, which is also the Venezuelan national flower. Many world scientists are attracted by the wonders of Venezuela. 150 mammals species, 550 varieties of birds, 72 reptiles and 55 amphibian types distributed accordingly as per the height, vegetation and ecosystems..

The mainland of Venezuela is a region rich in Oil resources but also with a vast culture, distinguished by the exquisite food and exotic pasttimes such as the cock fights. Peacock Bass (Cichlidae) and “Payara” (Hydrolycus scomberoides o Rhaphiodontichthys vulpinus) are among the species available in Venezuelan waters. Tarpon and Snook (Centropomus robalito), Yellowtail, Billfish in Morrocoy National Park; Bonefish in Los Roques National Park; King Mackerel (Scomberomorus cavalla) in La Tortuga island. Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Black Marlin, and Sailfish (Istiophoridae). The most popular fishing styles in Venezuela are fly fishing, spinningand trolling.
